XBio is a free informational directory that allows professionals to showcase their profiles and allows visitors to discover them. XBio is not:

• A recruiter, staffing agency, or employment platform
• A medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice service
• A marketplace for buying or selling services
• An endorsement or recommendation of any listed professional

Any professional relationship, transaction, or communication that arises from a connection made through XBio is solely between the visitor and the professional, with no involvement from XBio.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on XBio. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable Indian laws
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you

As a registered user, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your profile information remains accurate and up to date
• Notifying XBio immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

XBio reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or engage in any form of misuse.

All content published on XBio — including profile information, service descriptions, bio, photos, reviews, articles, and contact details — is submitted entirely by users.

By submitting content on XBio, you:

• Confirm that the information is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe any third-party rights
• Accept full legal responsibility for the content you publish
• Grant XBio a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform

XBio does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any user-submitted content. Users share data at their own risk.

You agree NOT to use XBio to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person, professional, or organisation
• Spam other users or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download data from the platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Post content that is obscene, hateful, abusive, or illegal
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law
• List services or products that are prohibited under Indian law

Reviews submitted on XBio are opinions of the reviewer and do not represent the views of XBio. By submitting a review:

• You confirm it is based on genuine personal experience
• You accept full responsibility for the content of the review
• You agree not to post fake, malicious, or incentivised reviews

XBio reserves the right to remove any review that violates these terms, is found to be fraudulent, or is flagged as abusive.

All platform design, code, branding, logos, and original content created by XBio are the exclusive intellectual property of XBio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant XBio a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

XBio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. XBio does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• Any professional listed is qualified, licensed, or fit for purpose
• Information on profiles is accurate, current, or complete

Your use of any information obtained through XBio is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, XBio, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any transaction or interaction with a professional found on XBio
• Errors or omissions in any user-submitted content
• Unauthorised access to your account or data

XBio is merely a listing platform. All professional engagements are between users; XBio bears no responsibility for outcomes.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. These terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all other applicable Indian laws.

XBio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
